Projects

Nude Next Door

ABC TV

In this one-hour Compass special, Siobhan lifts the lid on the booming business of 'democratised' porn — erotica made by everyday people and sold for a subscription fee online. In the doco, she meet the content makers and explore the risks.

Face Value

ABC Radio National

From anti-wrinkle injections and fillers, to nose jobs and Brazilian Butt Lifts, the cosmetic enhancement industry is booming. In this four-part podcast series, Siobhan asks why so many people are choosing to enhance their appearance, despite the risks.

This Much Is True

ABC Radio National

This four-part podcast series delves into cults, conspiracy theories and the rise of misinformation. Co-host Siobhan explores the wholesome and harmful sides of the tradwife movement, and speaks with people whose families have been torn apart by cults and QAnon.

Faith & Fornication

ABC Online

A three-part web series exploring how young, devout Australians navigate dating and sex, and what happens when their religious beliefs are at odds with their desires or sexual identity. Siobhan meets Christians, Muslims and Hindus who shed light on the expectations around intimacy.

Walk in My Shoes

ABC TV

What's it like to flee your homeland? In this Compass episode, Siobhan Marin joins school students on a confronting and immersive journey led by refugees— crossing a border, taking a dangerous boat trip, and being thrust into a detention centre.

The Friendship Recession

ABC TV

In this social media age, we're more connected than ever. So why do an increasing number of us feel lonely? In this episode of Compass, Siobhan Marin meets Aussies of all ages who've sought and found fulfilling connections from unexpected places.
